Meet your practitioner Jack Bailey

I help people overcome chronic pain and dysfunction through detailed assessment, corrective exercise, and integrative nutrition and lifestyle coaching. I’ve been working with clients since 2019, with a focus on restoring balance and proper function so the body can heal and perform as it was designed to. My approach views the body as a complete system, addressing the structural, physiological, and lifestyle factors that influence recovery. This work is shaped by both professional experience and my own journey rebuilding my body after career ending injuries.

Testimonials

Working with Jack has been one of the most educational and rewarding experiences of my life and completely changed how I think about training, health, and balance. I’ve lost over 30 pounds of fat, built real strength and a functional core, improved my posture, sleep, and energy, and my chronic low back pain is gone. Jack’s holistic, CHEK based approach doesn’t just push you through workouts, it builds a strong, durable, pain free body that actually lasts

I found Jack after nine months of failed attempts to fix my back pain, and he was the first coach who truly looked at the whole picture, not just exercises. Within a few weeks my sleep improved, my mindset shifted, and for the first time I felt like I was actually healing. His personalized, pain aware and lifestyle focused approach completely changed my recovery.

I came to Jack with shoulder pain and an old ACL injury I thought I would live with forever. Within a month I ditched my brace, and over the next year we nearly eliminated all my pain while completely transforming my knee stability and balance. I am stronger, more stable, and more confident than ever, and at 54 I truly feel like I can achieve anything.
