Orthopedic assessment

The orthopedic assessment is the most important step in identifying the root cause of your pain. Rather than guessing or simply treating symptoms, this process allows us to truly understand how your body is functioning as a system.

During this session I perform over 50 detailed assessments including spinal and pelvic measurements, muscle length tension testing, abdominal wall and core function analysis, joint mobility screening, and full movement analysis. These tests allow me to evaluate posture, joint mechanics, muscle imbalances, and how different areas of the body are interacting within the kinetic chain.

The body is a system of systems, and pain is often the result of compensation patterns that have developed over time. These assessments help reveal where the body is holding stress, where stability has been lost, and where movement efficiency has broken down.

By identifying these underlying patterns, we can address the true drivers of pain instead of simply managing symptoms. The findings from this assessment become the blueprint for your individualized corrective exercise program, designed to restore alignment, improve movement efficiency, and help you build a strong, resilient, pain free body.
