Working with Jack has been like attending a master’s program in anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. I’ve learned so much about how the body connects — and how being out of balance in one area was causing the issues I felt elsewhere.
We focused heavily on strengthening and balancing my core. At almost 50 years old, my core is more stable now than it was when I was pitching in college. I move with confidence in ways that used to cause pain and fear before working with Jack.
