We begin with weekly coaching calls for the first 3 months. As stability and momentum improve, calls transition to bi weekly for the remaining 3 months to support independence and long term integration.

Rebuild expands on the Reset foundation and dives deeper into long term nutrition and lifestyle transformation.

Comprehensive health appraisal questionnaire
Structured diet, movement, and sleep tracking
Energy management strategy including work in vs work out balance

Resilient is the most comprehensive level of coaching and is designed for individuals committed to long term transformation.

The first six months build on the foundation established in Reset and Rebuild, refining your nutrition, sleep, stress management, and daily structure. During this phase we continue strengthening the systems that support energy, recovery, and sustainable health.

The second six months move deeper into the patterns that shape how we think, respond to stress, and navigate life. This phase focuses on developing greater self awareness, identifying habitual behaviors and thought patterns, and creating new ways of responding to challenges.

By addressing both lifestyle habits and the deeper mental and emotional drivers behind them, lasting change becomes possible.

This process is about developing the awareness, discipline, and resilience needed to sustain a healthy and balanced life long term.

Nutrition and lifestyle coaching
Nutrition and lifestyle coaching is where we go deeper and identify the habits that must change to create the optimal environment for your body to heal and function properly. As a holistic health practitioner, I view the body as an integrated system, where everything from your sleep and nutrition to your stress and daily routines directly influences your recovery, energy, and overall health. This process focuses on aligning the six foundational principles: sleep, thinking, hydration, nutrition, movement, and breathing, each playing a critical role in reducing stress and restoring balance. We address key areas such as stress and anxiety management, sleep quality, daily structure, hormonal balance, and digestive health so your body can recover, rebuild, and perform at a higher level.
